As the Founder and CEO I’d like to welcome you to the Boca Java online store. I hope you enjoy your experience with us.
I founded Boca Java out of the pursuit of the perfect cup of gourmet coffee. I hope you will agree that we have become the new standard in gourmet coffee and back it up with an organization that is passionate about customer service.
We are not an ordinary coffee company. We offer you several unique and innovative features that enhance our coffee and your shopping experience.
Roast To Order Process
It starts with our innovative roast-to-order process. Coffee is considered 'Roaster Fresh' for approximately 90 days after roasting. To ensure you get the best cup of coffee, we don't start roasting until you order. While this may delay your order a day or two, we are confident the fresh taste will more than compensate.
We also label each bag with the date your coffee was roasted or 'born'. The Boca Java 'Stork' appears on each bag with a 'roasted on' certificate showing when the coffee was born. This demonstrates our commitment to providing you the absolute freshest and best coffee possible.
Connoisseur Club
When we set out to design our version of a coffee club, we had one thing in mind: you the customer. We wanted to design a club that gave you total control over the order and delivery process. Easy to join and easy to manage. Our connoisseur club captures those features.
This industry leading club ensures you get the coffee you want when you want it. You set your own personal schedule and modify it at any time. We also send you an email seven (7) days before we start preparing your order to allow you any last minute changes. This ensures no unwanted coffee!
Boca Bucks Rewards Program
We believe in customers for life. Many company's will provide promotions to get your attention. Few reward you for loyalty.
At Boca Java, we have recently introduced an innovative Boca Bucks rewards program to reward you for your loyalty. It functions like an airline frequent flyer program. You are rewarded points for your purchases and you can use them to redeem valuable gifts and travel items.
